About Me
Marie is known for her mainly plant-based, fresh, seasonal goods. She believes that pastry should be for everyone and, done well, plant-based food is as good as regular dairy-based, buttery pastries. Always researching the best produces she spends hours at the farmers’ markets to find the crème de la crème that can pair with her favorite herbs, flowers and spices.
